When the CTF wins enforcement actions, recovered assets are placed into distribution funds and returned to harmed investors on a pro-rata basis. Registering a claim is free and takes minutes.
How to File a Claim
1. Create an account and register your loss details. 2. Monitor your email for case updates. 3. When a distribution opens in your case, you'll be notified to file a formal claim using Form CTF-4.
